IrObex Service Manager
This library allows easy control of the IrObex service on your Pocket PC.
You may wish to disable the IrObex service when you are wanting to use "RAW
Infrared" communication. When enabled, IrObex occupies the raw IrDA port,
preventing access to it by your application. Manually, this service can be
controlled by the "Beam" control panel applet.

IrPort
This library allows both synchronous
and asynchronous "RAW Infrared" Serial Communications. Since infrared
communication is half-duplex, this component buffers read/write operations
so your application does not have to implement this. Optionally, sending
data can be made visible with a LED on your device and data rates can be
queried.
